Operation:
- Dividing Mode: The valve diverts input flow from port 3 to ports 2 and 4, based on the specified ratio, regardless of operating pressure. When the flow direction is reversed, the valve combines flows from ports 2 and 4 back to port 3. It synchronizes flow in both dividing and combining modes, ensuring balanced operation in “bottomed” cylinder conditions and “stalled” motor conditions.
- Leveling Function: When used with dual-acting cylinder jacks on uneven ground, this flow divider monitors the pressure in both cylinders and diverts flow to the lagging jack until they are synchronized. It then balances the pressure to jack the trailer level, ensuring a smooth and even lift.
